Indemnification

Dealings with Third Parties
Your correspondence or business dealings with any third parties as a result of your visit and participation on the Service, including, but not limited to, business dealings with lenders, appraisers, insurance agents or carriers, or any other terms, conditions, warranties, representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Information We Share:

Survival
All provisions of this Agreement which, by their nature, extend beyond the term hereof, shall continue indefinitely, including, without limitation, the provisions of Sections.

You understand and acknowledge that Agent One Inc. controls and operates this web site from within the United States of America and Canada. This web site provides information regarding services and products that are made available in the United States of America “only”. We make no representation that the services or products about which information may be provided on this web site will be available (a) anywhere outside of the United States or (b) in every state within the United States.
